Each Design Painted in Enamel
- 500 piece minimum order for custom. Re-orders are also 500 piece minimums.
- Average time to receive production of a custom piece is 10-12 weeks (timing
varies).
- Computer generated artwork, in a jpg. format required. Please let us know if you need help with your design.
- There is a one-time development/sampling deposit of $200 per design due upon submittal to ALexx Inc. Deposit will be applied to artwork fees and mold/setup charges and the balance will be applied to the order when placed.
- Two pre-production samples will be sent to you for review approximately 3-4
weeks after artwork approval. Once sample is approved, production of the order
takes approximately 8 weeks. Shipping and delivery is an additional 1 week after
final payment is received.
- Terms are 50% deposit with your order and balance is due upon shipment of
